Church Partners
Increasingly, 21st century churches see media as the most influential mission field on earth. America both owns it and exports it. Therein, church leader are sending bearers of God's Light within media's borders. AMTC offers a level of faith and industry connections not previously available--also ministry packages to help their performers get effectively prepared and safely launched. Discounted pricing for non-profits will bring immediate funding into their own important programs. SHINE Church Partners include...
"If you look throughout God's word, He gives us the gifts we use in entertainment..."
Peachtree City Christian Church (located in a suburb of Atlanta) is headed by Pastor George Dillard, who is also AMTC's Chairman of the Board. When Dr. Dillard's own daughter went through the AMTC experience as a teen, his heart was moved, not just toward the millions of fans who need good examples, but also to entertainment's reigning stars, many of whom are seeking the truth. Since then, Peachtree City Christian Church has encouraged both staff and lay members with talent to prayerfully consider entertainment as a mission field.
"When you look at entertainers, these are people who capture your attention..."
Destiny Metropolitan Worship Church calls out from the heart of Atlanta. Destiny in a purpose driven church that is committed to building the Kingdom. "Our vision is to develop generationally-minded Christ followers who live passionately to shape the culture for God's glory." Senior Pastor and Founder, Dr. Bryan Crute, sought out AMTC because of his son, Austen, a singer/dancer/actor who wanted a safe place to SHINE and a community of like minded believers. (Austen had immediate success as a teen and is now at NYU.) Dr. Crute is part of AMTC's Board.
"Your dream counts!"
Laurel Church Ministries, located outside of Chicago, is a powerhouse of dream and destiny fulfillment. Dr. Larry and Pastor Victoria Raftery lead a committed congregation and sponsor international outreaches, including, Dream Chic Conferences (for girls and women) and Nights of Freedom. Laurel was one of the first churches to partner with AMTC, in raising groups of talented members to attend AMTC's SHINE Conference, as the preparation and launching pad for those who are called to enter media as a mission field.
"With the media and technology available today, the mission field is no longer continents away–it's at our fingertips."
Founded in 1968 in Tampa, FL, Hope Children’s Home has rescued nearly 5,000 children. Most have been discarded, abused, unwanted, or orphaned - although some of the children have simply come out of a situation where a parent just needed help. Our purpose at Hope Children’s home is to share Christ with the children, and while in our care, to mold them into Biblically and Academically educated members of our future society. It is run by Pastor Mike and Ms. Chris Higgins, and they have received Community Hero Awards.
